DO it all

Full Swing

Most of the full swing is out of view for a golfer. With the mirror mat, you can now easily work on your technique for things like head movement or the transition move. What ever the issue is with your swing, you will be able to easily identify the flaw and start working on the fix.

Chipping

Chipping - is something most people don't get enough time to work on. However, using the Mirror Mat at home will help you figure out how to hit those smaller shots. You will start to see how to set up the wedge. You can see how far you are taking it back. You can set up mats to chip over or through to work on direction and trajectory. Oh, there is so much you can do!

Putting

The Mirror Mat is the ultimate putting mirror! Tiny putting mirrors are helpful but they usually frustrate the mind since they don't tell the whole story. The Mirror Mat is large enough to show you your entire club and body movements so you can see if you have any unwanted body movement in your hands, legs, head or chest.

Stand, Swing, & Strike

Because you can stand on top of the Mirror Mat, Swing, and Hit Balls - it allows you to do it all. You can get feedback with swings with or without a ball. You can make full speed swings with a real ball if you have a net. And if you don't have a net, just use a foam ball. And if you don't have a ball, the color changing hitting strip will still tell you the contact point and swing path direction of that given swing.

Writeable & Customizable

You can customize your Mirror Mat with for your specific needs. In three ways. #1) Dry Erase Markers: You can write on the board with Dry Erase Markers. #2) Grid Tape: Allows you to make a grid or parallel lines that are more permanent. These lines will help you with your alignment and letting you know about head and hand movements. #3) Attention Guides: We have provided 6 rectangles and 2 circles that you can easily place on the mat. You can use the to draw additional attention - by either blocking your view or marking a spot.

MOVE it all

Due to the Mirror Mat's lightweight and easy maneuverability of all its parts, the Mirror Mat can be set up in countless configurations for enhanced practice drills (like swing plane.) The Mirror Mat can Hang, Tent (tall & small) Lean, Fold, and Flat. It's easy to Carry, Position, and Store.

It’s an all-in-one training station that makes improvement faster, clearer, and more consistent.

IMPROVE it all

Alignment

The reflective mirrors under your feet allow you to check your alignment at setup, check your body lines, shaft lean, and if your clubhead is soled properly.

Ball Position

It helps you visualize and correct the ball position in relation to your stance, ensuring you're not too far forward or back, which can lead to poor strikes.

Head Position/Movement

You can check your head position, tilt, and acceptable movement during the swing, which is crucial for consistent contact and accuracy.

Hand Path

You can clearly see your handpath throughout the swing, which is crucial to maintaining your balance and proper swing planes - and promotes center hits.

Shoulder Turn

You will notice if and how much your shoulders have turned and if your have a proper shoulder tilt. Proper shoulder movement/tilt helps create a more powerful and consistent swing.

Backswing Path

The mirrors help you track your hands and club during the backswing—so you can spot early mistakes like pulling inside or overswinging before they lead to errant shots.

Downswing Plane

You can observe the path of your downswing, making sure you're not coming too steep or too shallow, which could cause mishits like slices or hooks.

Weight Transfer

During your rehearsal swings, you can see your core and leg work to ensure you are making a proper weight transfer. You can also customize the board with lines to see if you are transferring to your front side.

Sway

Swaying disrupts the timing and stability of the swing, making it difficult to maintain consistent contact with the ball at impact. With the Mirror Mat, it is easy to see the hip and leg movements and make the proper move.

Everything

The Mirror Mat delivers powerful, life-size visual feedback that makes it easy to spot and correct swing flaws. From full swings to putting and chipping, it supports every part of your game. You can customize it with attention guides, dry-erase markers, or grid tape—so you can place visual cues exactly where you need them and train with purpose toward your goals.

Posture

MIRROR MAT TRAINING ZONES

TRAINING ZONE

The reflective surface is the Training Zone (this is where you look) — where you focus on refining your swing mechanics. This is the space for observation—analyzing your movements and making any necessary adjustments. All the thinking and fine-tuning happens here, allowing you to be intentional about your mechanics before stepping into the Performance Zone. You can also customize this zone with grid tape, markers, or attention guides to highlight specific areas based on your personal training needs.

PERFORMANCE ZONE

The green hitting strip, known as the Performance Zone, is where you focus on making a real golf swing, just like you would on the course. (This is where you execute.) Instead of overanalyzing mechanics, your attention stays on the target. Feedback comes after the swing, through the color-changing impact strip. When making full speed swings or hitting a ball in this zone, you are not watching yourself or swing mechanics at this time.  Your goal is to execute a golf shot naturally, reinforcing trust in your swing without distraction.

PRACTICE PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Golfer's Limited Field of Vision

ProblemGenerally a golfer can see from about 8 o'clock to 4 o'clock in their swing.

Solution: The Mirror Mat allows a golfer to see their entire swing while receiving immediate LIFESIZE feedback from a golfer’s point of view.

Software Uploads, Downloads, and Renewal Fees

Problem: The Mirror Mat is the BEST NO-TECH way to practice. Visual learning and mirrors never go out of style.

Solution: And even better, you will never have a software upload, download, or renewal fee.

Training with Convex Mirrors and the resulting Tiny Images

Problem: All convex mirrors make images look smaller and create some distortion. Therefore, they put strain on the eyes and frustrate the brain. Your eyes and brain are constantly trying to process the tiny images back to their actual size to process and understand your movements.

Solution: The Mirror Mat is a flat mirror which keeps the image the same size as the object. The size of the visual feedback is LIFESIZE and easy on the eyes. The Mirror Mat is truly a visual delight for a golfer.

Not Knowing if they are in Position during a rehearsal swing

Problem: How many times in a lesson or on the range have you asked your pro or a friend - "Am I doing it?" "is this position you want me in, the club in etc?"

Solution: Well, now when you make a rehearsal or practice swing, you will know if you are in the right position without having to ask. The mirror doesn't lie.

Alignment Sticks Under and Around Feet

Problem: Alignment Sticks are helpful and most golfers have them, but we don't use them all the time, why? … because they are annoying.
They don't feel good under our feet. When we position them near our feet, we inevitably knock them out of position by accident with our feet and have to reposition.
And often times we set them up and they aren't "exactly parallel"

Solution: The built in Measurement Dashes, and provided grid tape will allow you to practice with the kind of information you want from and alignment stick without the hassle of them. But don't throw your alignment sticks away, you can use them to position the side "wing" Mirror Mats.

Drooping Alignment Sticks

Problem: Often times, golfers try and place an alignment stick in the ground for plane. We all know how annoying that can be. It is hard to get on the correct angle that you want and over time, the wind either moves the stick or gravity starts to pull it down. Also the alignment sticks are so thin that they are often hard to see .

Solution: The Mirror Mat can tent on it's own, due to it's structure it will hold it's position. In some instances you may need to position a "holder" depending on where you are trying to position the mirror, but all in all much easier to set-up and use

You DON'T have to wear training aids - unless you want to

Problem: Most golfers want the information but they really don't want to wear anything to get that feedback.

Solution: With the Mirror Mat you can SWING FREELY WITH FEEDBACK! No need to wear a training aid unless you want to. And the good news is, the Mirror Mat will work with most of the training aids you already have.
